Fresh Start registration has closed

Pre-registration is now closed for criminal record screening and sealing at Fresh Start on May 11, 2024.

Please note: Pre-registration is required for all criminal record screening and sealing services. Walk-ins will not be accepted for record screening and sealing under any circumstances. If you were unable to register, you may still attend the Know Your Rights Housing Workshop for Landlords & Tenants but you will not be able to access Fresh Start criminal record screening and sealing services.
