Late Calls

Oral Hearing Docket is held on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. for cases that require 1 to 10 minutes for the hearing and 10:30 a.m. for cases that require 10 to 30 minutes for the hearing. A written notice of oral hearing must be filed with the clerk at least five business prior to the hearing date. If you need longer than 30 minutes for your hearing please contact the court clerks for an available date and time as these motions are usually heard at 11:30 a.m.. Occupational hearings are held on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m.
